Highland Moors is ideally situated between Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells and provides a unique venue for your meeting. We are delighted to offer you the use of our grand house which was originally built as a Victorian hydro spa hotel set in 6 acres and with views from every room. It has been used since then as a military hospital, boys home for TB & asthma, a convent, a foster home and now a guest house.
Our main meeting room will accommodate 20-40 people and we can set up boardroom, theatre or training style room layouts. The lounge will seat 8-15 people for a more informal session.
Additional conference rooms are being refurbished and will be available soon for larger conferences and meetings with two main rooms – one to accommodate 30-50 people and the second 40-60 people. There will also be a number of smaller breakout rooms and office space to let. Please contact the guest house directly for enquiries and bookings.

Terms:
Final numbers attending should be notified one week before the date reserved or as soon as possible if booking is made within one week period. All invoices must be settled within 2 weeks of invoice date.
Cancellation terms: Written cancellation must be received at Highland Moors 1 week prior to the date.
Rooms cancelled within 1 week will be subject to 50% of the room hire fee. Rooms cancelled on the day will be subject to full room hire and catering costs.
Please note we are a Non Smoking establishment.
